experience. I loaded up some of Beartooth's .460" 405 GC for the .450 Marlin I did not have high hopes because of the barrel ports which sometimes reek havoc with cast bullets. NOT THIS TIME!! THREE SHOTS AT 50 YARDS: 46.0 GR. xmr2495/1389 FPS =3/8"!; 50.0 GRS/1539 FPS =7/16"!, AND 52.0 GRS/1567 FPS = 7/8" SWITCHING To the .45-70 Ruger #1 51 gr. 1637 = 3/4" Same load Browning 1885 1750 fps and 5/8" and 45.0 gr. RE-7 in the 1885 gave 1941 fps and 1/2" I DO LIKE THESE BULLETS!!!!! GOOD SHOOTIN' AND GOD BLESS
